Dr. Maryann Prewitt is a Board Certified Fellow by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and she was among the first to be credentialed by the North American Menopause Society. Dr. Prewitt and her staff strive to integrate the latest in medical care, technology and information to provide the best care for her patients. Her mission is to provide exceptional and personalized care to all of her patients- who have 24 hour confidential online access to their medical records. Dr. Prewitt has practiced in North Dallas and Plano since 1996.

Education & Training: Dr. Prewitt earned her BS in Chemistry at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and came down to Texas to get her Ph.D. in Bio Chemistry at Texas A&M University. She then continued her education and received her MD at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Next, Dr. Prewitt served her Internship and Residency at the Washington University School of Medicine and finished the Rutledge Fellowship in GYN/Oncology at the University of Texas - MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
