Education & Training: Dr. DeBacker received his MD from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine with Distinction in Research. He then served his Internship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Francisco. He followed that with an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. He then served his Oculoplastic Surgery Fellowship and Duke University Medical Center and his General Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arizona Centre of Plastic Surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in General Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Ophthalmology.
