San Antonio Facial Plastic Surgeon Jose E. Barrera, MD is triple board certified in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, neck, and airway. He serves as an Associate Professor at the Uniformed Services University and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center San Antonio. In 2010, Dr. Barrera was nominated as the 1000th Diplomat Award for his humanitarian and reconstructive efforts while deployed to Afghanistan.
