Raised and educated in London, England, Dr Chrysopoulo is a board certified plastic surgeon, breast reconstruction surgeon and microsurgeon. He moved to San Antonio, Texas early in his plastic surgery career. Dr C was named one of "America's Top Surgeons" and was also a recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal's "Top 40 Under Forty" Award (2007). Dr C, his partners, and the PRMA staff were also honored to be the 2013 winners of the San Antonio Business Journal's "Health Care Heroes Award" for innovation in medical technology, procedures, programs and services.

Services: Dr. Chrysopoulo and PRMA specialize in state-of-the art breast reconstruction procedures including the DIEP flap, SIEA flap, GAP flap, TUG flap, fat grafting, Alloderm one-step, nipple-sparing mastectomy, and vascularized lymph node transfer.

Education & Training: "Dr C" is a graduate of the University of London where he received his bachelor of science degree in Advanced Anatomy and Morphology prior to completing his medical degree. He continued his training in general surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio prior to his fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has also completed fellowships in burn surgery and burn reconstruction at Shriner's Burn Hospital for Children in Galveston, and hand surgery and microsurgery at the Indiana Hand Center.
