Overview
Dr. Alexander Nguyen is a plastic and general surgeon in Dallas who practices with Reconstructive Microsurgery and Lymphedema Associates and its Integrative Lymphedema Institute, a center focused on surgery for lymphatic disease. He earned his medical degree at UCLA, completed general surgery training in Los Angeles at Charles R. Drew University and Harbor-UCLA, then trained in plastic surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Nguyen went on to a fellowship in microsurgery and complex reconstruction at MD Anderson Cancer Center and is also a certified lymphedema therapist. He is affiliated with Texas Health Dallas, Texas Health Plano and the Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery, and sees patients in English and Vietnamese.
