Overview
Dr. Fritz Barton is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has practiced cosmetic surgery in Dallas since 1976, with his office at Hampton Court on Oak Lawn Avenue and the Surface Clinical skin care practice within his suite. He earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School, completed his surgery residency there, and then trained in plastic surgery at New York University. Dr. Barton chaired the plastic surgery division at UT Southwestern until 1991 and remains a clinical professor there, teaching cosmetic surgery to residents and fellows. He is known for his work in facial surgery, including a facelift technique he developed, and wrote a textbook on facial rejuvenation.
