After joining TCRS, Dr. Jennifer Lowney became the first surgeon to complete a TEM (transanal endoscopic microsurgery) using the Wolf microscope in the DFW area. In addition to her advanced abilities in microsurgery, Dr. Lowney is an expert in advanced laparoscopic colorectal surgery and actively teaches the necessary skills to other surgeons on a national level. Dr. Lowney likes to focus her expertise on minimally invasive approaches to colorectal cancer and the management of women's pelvic floor disorders including fecal incontinence, constipation and prolapse. Her practice covers most colorectal conditions and procedures including, screening and diagnostic colonoscopies, a wide range of treatment for hemorrhoids, diverticulitis and other colorectal disorders. Dr. Lowney has also recently added advanced ?Robotic Surgery
