Overview
Dr. John Burns is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Dallas who practices through the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute and serves as medical director of JOLA Aesthetics. He earned his medical degree and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, with added training in microvascular surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center, then did a laser surgery fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Burns is known for facial rejuvenation, including facelift and eyelid surgery, as well as breast and body procedures and fat transfer. He is a clinical instructor of plastic surgery at UT Southwestern and, according to his practice site, operates at Baylor University Medical Center.
