Overview
Dr. Joshua Acree is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon and a partner at Lake Pointe Orthopaedics, offering sports medicine, arthroscopy and regenerative care through Rockwall Regenerative Medicine in Rockwall, Greenville and Kaufman. He earned his osteopathic medical degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Riverside University Medical Center in Southern California, and then trained in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. His clinical interests include arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder, shoulder replacement, fracture care for adults and children, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and he serves as team physician for several area high schools.
