Overview
Dr. Leah Dill is a board-certified general surgeon with North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, where she sees patients at the hospital’s Surgical Specialists of North Texas clinic. She earned her osteopathic medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, interned at Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas and completed her surgical residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa. Before returning to Gainesville in late 2024, Dr. Dill worked in Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio bariatric and surgical practices. Her work includes advanced laparoscopic surgery, sleeve gastrectomy for weight loss, hernia and gallbladder surgery, colon resection, and upper and lower endoscopy, along with medical weight loss care.
