Overview
Dr. Nicholas Haddock is a plastic surgeon and professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he also serves as vice chair of business affairs. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, completed general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at New York University, and then trained in hand and microsurgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Haddock is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His work centers on breast reconstruction after cancer, including DIEP, PAP and LAP flap techniques, along with aesthetic breast and body procedures and extremity reconstruction.
