Overview
Dr. Alan Martin is a neurologist with Texas Neurology on North Central Expressway in Dallas, where private practice began in 1989. Dr. Martin is board certified in neurology, neuromuscular medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine and clinical neurophysiology. After medical school at Texas A&M and an internship in Arkansas, Dr. Martin completed a neurology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital, serving as chief resident, followed by a neuromuscular fellowship at the University of Colorado. Dr. Martin is clinical director of the Neuromuscular Center at the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine and is affiliated with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas and Baylor University Medical Center.
