Overview
Dr. Benjamin Greenberg is a professor of neurology and pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center who treats children and adults with rare autoimmune disorders of the nervous system, including transverse myelitis, neuromyelitis optica, multiple sclerosis and autoimmune encephalitis. He directs the Transverse Myelitis and Neuromyelitis Optica Program and the Pediatric Demyelinating Disease Program, seeing young patients at Children’s Health Specialty Center Dallas. Dr. Greenberg earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, completed an internship at Rush in Chicago, and trained in neurology at Johns Hopkins, where he was chief resident and also earned a master’s degree in health science. He is board certified in neurology and is affiliated with Clements University Hospital, Parkland and Children’s Medical Center.
