Overview
Dr. Bharathy Sundaram is a neurologist with the Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders, where she has practiced since 1994 and directs the multiple sclerosis clinic. She sees patients in Sherman and McKinney and treats epilepsy, movement disorders, spasticity and stroke, including deep brain stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation. Dr. Sundaram earned her medical degree at Madras Medical College in India, completed an internship and neurology residency at St. Louis University, and pursued further training in multiple sclerosis at UT Southwestern and in epilepsy at Wake Forest University. She is certified and recertified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
