Overview
Dr. David Chen is a board-certified neurologist with Dallas NeuroScience, P.A., which sees patients in the Pavilion II medical office building on West Colorado Boulevard in Dallas. Dr. Chen earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1987 and did an internal medicine internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. He completed his neurology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in 1991, followed by a fellowship in electrophysiology there in 1992.
