Overview
Dr. Devanshi Gupta is a neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist who leads North Texas Neurology & Neuropathy in Allen. She earned her medical degree at Government Medical College, trained in neurology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology there. Dr. Gupta is board-certified in neurology, neuromuscular disease and electrodiagnostic medicine, and her practice focuses on neuropathy, stroke, headaches and other nerve and muscle disorders, including telemedicine visits. She is affiliated with Texas Health Allen and Texas Health Dallas and sees patients in English.
