Overview
Dr. Easwar Sundaram Jr. is a neurologist and the president of the Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders, which he joined in 1989 as its first partner. He sees patients in McKinney, Sherman and Denison and serves as medical director of stroke services at Medical Center of McKinney and director of stroke services at Baylor Medical Center at McKinney. Dr. Sundaram earned his medical degree at Madras Medical College in India, completed an internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx and a neurology residency at the University of Vermont, and is certified and recertified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His interests include stroke, multiple sclerosis, headache, movement disorders and dementia care, and he performs EMG and nerve conduction studies, EEG and autonomic testing.
