Overview
Dr. Erwin Cruz is a board-certified neurologist who founded Preston Neurological Center in Dallas in 1995. He received his medical degree at San Carlos University in Guatemala, trained in neurology and neuromuscular disorders at Tulane University in New Orleans, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the neurosensory center at Methodist Hospital in Houston. His practice cares for patients with conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, seizures, stroke, dementia and peripheral neuropathy, with a particular interest in brain injury from trauma or illness. Preston Neurological Center also offers neurosurgery, neuropsychology and vestibular rehabilitation services alongside his neurology team.
