Overview
Dr. Geeta Rajan is a neurologist in Plano who founded Plano Neurology in 2004 after working in larger group practices. She earned her medical degree at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in India, then trained in neurology at the University of Minnesota, where she also completed a fellowship in 1997. Her office treats a broad range of conditions, including migraine and other headaches, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy and memory disorders, and it performs EEG and EMG testing along with Botox and trigger point injections. Dr. Rajan is affiliated with Texas Health Plano and sees patients in English and Hindi.
