Dr. Walters is an avid athlete. He enjoys golf, running, and triathlon training in his spare time.

Education & Training: Dr. Walters received a full academic scholarship to Florida A&M University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. He completed his Orthopedic Surgical residency at Howard University Hospital. He then was selected for the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During his fellowship he was able to provide expert, personalized care for professional sports teams, such as the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, as well as international organizations such as USA Rugby, colleges such as Slippery Rock University and the Community College of Allegheny County, and numerous area high schools.
