Dr. Lincoln Chin is a neurologist with Tarrant Neurology Consultants in Fort Worth, where he has been in private practice since 1979. He earned his medical degree at the University of the West Indies, completed his internship at Kingston Public Hospital, and trained in neurology in Kingston and at the University of Ottawa and Ottawa Civic Hospital.
