Overview
Dr. Mark Johnson is a professor of neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and co-head of its cerebrovascular diseases and stroke section, where he sees patients in the stroke clinic. He is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology. Dr. Johnson earned his medical degree at Universidad Central del Caribe, trained in neurology and vascular neurology at George Washington University, and completed a neurocritical care fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center. His practice centers on stroke and other cerebrovascular conditions, including intracranial atherosclerosis and moyamoya disease, and he speaks English and Spanish.
