Dr. Michael Kellam is a neurologist at Baylor Scott & White Neurology in Plano, board certified in both neurology and sleep medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, then completed his neurology residency and a neurophysiology fellowship through the UT Southwestern affiliated hospitals.
