Overview
Dr. Simon Tan is a board-certified neurologist who leads NeuroCare Centre of North Texas in Southlake. He earned his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, completed an internal medicine internship at Brooklyn Hospital Center, then trained in neurology and neuromuscular medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he also serves as an assistant clinical professor. Dr. Tan treats general neurologic conditions and neuromuscular disease, and his office performs EEG, EMG and nerve conduction testing. He is affiliated with Texas Health Arlington Memorial, Texas Health Huguley, Texas Health Mansfield and Texas Health Southwest.
