Overview
Dr. Stephen Hurlbut is a neurologist with Texas Neuro Specialists on Hospital Parkway in Bedford. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, then trained in neurology at the University of Louisville, where he served as chief resident and received a fellowship in neurodiagnostics covering EEG, nerve and muscle testing, and seizure monitoring. Earlier in his career he directed neurology and neurodiagnostic services at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth from 1995 to 2003. He treats multiple sclerosis, seizures and dementia, and is affiliated with Texas Health HEB (Hurst/Euless/Bedford).
