Overview
Dr. Steven Herzog is a board-certified neurologist at Texas Neurology in Dallas, where he is medical director of the practice’s Headache Institute. He earned his medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and trained in neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital, finishing as chief resident in 1988-1989. Dr. Herzog began private practice at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas in 1989 and directed medical education for its neurology department until 2009. He has also served as president of the Texas Neurological Society, in 2004-2005.
