Overview
Dr. Supriya Thirunarayanan, who is also known as Dr. Thiru, is a board-certified neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist at Comprehensive Neurology Center in Plano, located in the Medical City Plano medical office building on Coit Road. She earned her medical degree at Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College in India, completed an internal medicine internship, and trained in neurology and clinical neurophysiology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She has practiced in the Plano and North Dallas area since 2010, treating stroke, dementia, headache, neuromuscular disorders, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, sleep disorders and movement disorders. Her office also performs EMG and nerve conduction studies, EEG testing and botulinum toxin injections.
