Overview
Dr. Valery Lipenko is a neurologist who sees patients at Texas Neuro Specialists in Bedford. He studied medicine in Odessa, Ukraine, did neurophysiology research at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and completed his neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2003. His practice covers headaches and migraine, epilepsy and neuropathy, and he uses botulinum toxin to treat movement problems such as cervical dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm and spasticity after a stroke.
