From the video’s description on YouTube

Low Cost Low Effort Today, I’m making a modified version of chicken cordon bleu that’s packed with protein and safe to eat during the soft foods stage after bariatric surgery.

Ingredients:
1 lb shredded chicken
2 oz diced ham
2 oz Swiss cheese
1/4 cup parmesan
16 oz Greek yogurt
3 tbsp stone ground mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp poppy seeds

Why chicken salad?
Using Greek yogurt to bind the ingredients increases the amount of protein in the dish. While I prefer it served warm, you can also enjoy it cold, making this an affordable option for meal prep.

First, finely chop your chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese. Then, mix until well combined and enjoy!

Have a craving you just can’t satisfy on your diet? Drop a comment and I’ll see if I can create a version that’s post-bariatric surgery approved!
